The pad thai sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the shirataki noodles by covering them with boiling water and letting them sit for 5 minutes before draining.
- Whisk together the pad thai sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the oil over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic, frying for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, then push to one side and add the eggs, whisking them in.
- Mix in the bean sprouts, tofu, and green onion stalks, then add the noodles and combine.
- Pour the sauce over everything, mixing well, and cook for an additional 3 minutes before serving.
