Instructions
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
- Steam the cauliflower until fork-tender and allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower with diced celery, onion, parsley, and eggs.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
- Serve the salad.
