Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.

- Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.

- Bake for 26-30 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, combine the butter, heavy cream, and vanilla, then mix in the powdered sweetener until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes as desired.
