Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan and add olive oil. Cook onion, carrots, and celery until tender, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add turkey sausage and cook until browned, then stir in the spices.
- Add the beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Mix well, then pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in parsley, pasta, and parmesan cheese, and simmer for another 12 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with additional parmesan cheese and pesto.
