Easy Zucchini Casserole

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and squeeze out excess water using paper towels.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage until browned and crispy.
- Remove the sausage and cook the onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, cooked sausage, and basil, then heat through.
- Place the zucchini noodles in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Top with parmesan cheese if desired and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
