Ingredients

Virgin Mojito

  • 2 bags Peppermint Tea
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 cups soda water
  • 6-10 drops liquid stevia (or granulated)
  • 1 large lime (juice)
  • ¼ cup shredded mint leaves

English Summer Spitzer

  • 2 bags Rhubarb + Strawberry Herbal Tea
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 6-10 drops liquid stevia (or granulated)
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Brew the peppermint tea bags in hot water for the Virgin Mojito.
  2. Combine brewed tea with soda water, stevia, lime juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher.
  3. Mix well and serve over ice.
  4. For the English Summer Spitzer, brew the rhubarb and strawberry tea bags in hot water.
  5. Combine brewed tea with sparkling water, stevia, and sliced strawberries in a pitcher.
  6. Mix well and serve over ice.
