Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- Blend sugar, eggs, lemon-lime soda, lime zest, lime juice, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
- Slowly add the melted butter while blending until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add flour in thirds, whisking until combined each time.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours until a pick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with lemon and lime juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set for at least 10 minutes before serving.
