Pesto Havarti Macaroni

Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a large pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a paste.
- Add milk and whisk until smooth, then increase heat and whisk until thickened.
- Stir in shredded cheeses and salt until melted and smooth.
- Combine the pasta with the cheese sauce and warm through.
- If using, stir in peas and serve with pesto, basil, and red pepper flakes.
