Instructions
- Add potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, bacon, broth, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours or on Low for 6-7 hours.
- Open the pot and add sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and half and half (or heavy cream).
- Stir until the soup thickens.
