Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Poke holes in the spaghetti squash and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese, then stir in shredded chicken.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and release the strands into the chicken mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle with additional blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
