Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup Blue cheese dressing
  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • to taste optional Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Poke holes in the spaghetti squash and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, and cream cheese, then stir in shredded chicken.
  4. Cut the spaghetti squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and release the strands into the chicken mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Drizzle with additional blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with green onions if desired.
