Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together agave, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in the dried cherries and apricots.
- Pour the batter into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 325°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake before serving.
