Creamy Zucchini Soup

Instructions
- 1. Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat until melted.
- 2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- 3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add chopped zucchini, salt, and pepper; sauté for 10 minutes until zucchini is softened.
- 5. Pour in vegetable broth, scraping up any browned bits, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and purée the soup until smooth.
- 7. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
