Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 13x9-inch baking pan with oil or butter and half of the lemon zest.
- Pre-cook the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water with olive oil to cool.
- Layer the lasagna starting with a layer of mushroom ragù, followed by pasta, more ragù, and dollops of ricotta. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of ragù, ricotta, basil, and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let it rest before slicing.
