Ingredients

The chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, skinless/boneless

The sauce

  • 1 oz Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 7 oz Sliced Mushrooms, drained

For serving

  • to taste none Egg Noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Mix the Italian dressing with water and set aside.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the dressing mixture over them.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 2 hours, or until chicken is almost done.
  4. Mix together the cream cheese and soup, then pour over the chicken.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
  6. Cook an additional hour, or until chicken is cooked through (165°).
  7. Shred, slice, or leave the chicken breasts whole and serve over cooked egg noodles.
