Easy Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except egg noodles to the slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove the chicken and bay leaf, shred the chicken, and return it to the pot.
- Add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 10-20 minutes until softened.
