Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, adding the strawberry slices last.
- Scoop out the dough onto the baking tray, spacing them 1 inch apart.
- Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a cup or leave them rounded.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
- Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes before storing.
