Ingredients

  • 14 ounces unsweetened dairy free milk (coconut milk or almond milk)
  • ½ to 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 small ripe avocado (around 125 g)
  • ½ frozen small banana
  • 2 Tablespoons juice from key limes
  • to taste maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • Mint leaves
  • ¼ cup steamed spinach (optional extra greens)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses or keep for later.
  3. Serve with fresh mint and lime on top.
