Potato Clam Chowder

Instructions
- Boil the clams in water for 5 minutes until cooked, then drain and remove shells, reserving the water.
- Cook the bacon in a saucepan until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Stir-fry the onion in the same saucepan until aromatic, then add the flour and mix well.
- Pour in the reserved clam water, stir, and bring to a boil.
- Add the potatoes, garlic salt, thyme, and black pepper, then cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the milk and add the cooked clams, heating through.
- Serve topped with crispy bacon and parsley.
