Spicy Lamb and Lentils With Herbs

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and season the lamb with salt and pepper.
- Cook the lamb in an even patty until browned and crisp on one side, then turn and cook the other side.
- Break the lamb into small pieces and mix in garlic, red pepper flakes, and cumin, cooking until fragrant.
- In the same skillet, add lentils and reserved fat, season, and cook until they start to brown.
- Return the lamb to the skillet, combine, and warm through, then stir in cucumber, cilantro, and parsley.
- Serve with yogurt, topped with the lamb mixture, and garnish with additional herbs, flatbread, and lemon wedges.
