Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Corn Chowder

Instructions
- 1. Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and corn in the slow cooker.
- 2. Add broth, thyme, parsley, pepper, and salt. Stir well.
- 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
- 4. Before serving, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the soup. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- 5. Stir in the cream and bacon, then taste and adjust seasonings.
- 6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
