Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.

- Stir in the cheese, jalapenos, and some green onions.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8-inch pan.
- Pour the batter into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with remaining green onions.
- Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean, about 24-29 minutes.
- Let cool, slice, and serve.
