Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and press into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, spices, eggs, and pumpkin puree, mixing until combined.
- For the chocolate swirl, mix a portion of the filling with heavy cream and melted chocolate.
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust, dollop the chocolate mixture on top, and swirl together.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until just set, then cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
