Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare an 8-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy, then mix in the powdered sugar.
