Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small skillet.
- Warm the mixture over medium heat while stirring frequently until fragrant and the sesame seeds are barely golden, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a small bowl to cool.
- Store the cooled spice blend in a jar at room temperature for up to 1 month.
