Instructions

  1. Refrigerate a can of full-fat coconut milk overnight.
  2. Open the can and scoop out the thick solids, avoiding the liquid coconut water.
  3. Chill your mixer bowl in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the coconut cream and powdered sugar to the chilled mixer bowl.
  5. Blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  6. Transfer the whipped cream to a resealable bowl and refrigerate to thicken further.
