Instructions
- Refrigerate a can of full-fat coconut milk overnight.
- Open the can and scoop out the thick solids, avoiding the liquid coconut water.
- Chill your mixer bowl in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut cream and powdered sugar to the chilled mixer bowl.
- Blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped cream to a resealable bowl and refrigerate to thicken further.
