Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a cast iron skillet.

- Add the eggs one at a time while blending, then mix in the powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bottom layer and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, then cool for 30 minutes.
- Top with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
