Instructions
- Combine ground beef, cooked lentils, onion, egg, garlic, and spices in a bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into approximately 20 meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meatballs on one side for 5-6 minutes.
- Mix tomato sauce, coconut milk, cumin, ginger, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Turn the meatballs to brown the other side, then pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Combine cornstarch with a bit of liquid from the pan to create a slurry, then stir it into the sauce to thicken.
