Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Instructions
- Place the beef cubes in a large Ziploc bag.
- Combine the flour, salt, and pepper in a small dish and pour it over the beef in the bag.
- Seal the bag and shake until the beef is well coated.
- Pour the beef into the slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients over the beef and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 9-10 hours.
