Ingredients

The muffins

Instructions

  2. Cream the sugar and butter together in a stand mixer bowl, then add the egg and beat to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and beat to combine.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and blueberries.
