Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, coconut sugar, and apple sauce.
- 3. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 5. Gently fold in the zucchini and ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- 7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
