Strawberry Banana Spinach Smoothie

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the sliced bananas and strawberries. Freeze for about 2 hours until completely frozen.
- Take quart-size freezer bags, label them with the date and recipe name, and add 1 cup of frozen fruit, a handful of spinach, and a teaspoon of chia seeds to each bag.
- Squeeze out as much air as possible before sealing the bags to prevent freezer burn. Place the bags in the freezer for later use.
- When ready to blend, pour the contents of one smoothie bag into a blender, add ½ cup of almond milk and 2 tablespoons of protein powder.
- Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth. Serve immediately or enjoy later.
