Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-32 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Frost as desired and serve.
