Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, and vanilla, then set aside.
- Open the puffed pastry on the baking sheet and arrange the strawberries, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Fold the edges of the pastry and pierce with a fork, then brush with melted vegan butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then add chocolate and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
