Instructions
- Make the simple syrup by dissolving sugar in hot water and let it cool.
- Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the top and sides, then dice it into cubes.
- Freeze the diced pineapple for 2 to 3 hours until frozen.
- Blend the frozen pineapple with the simple syrup, coconut milk, and rum until smooth.
- Serve the frozen daiquiris in cold glasses with straws and umbrellas.
