Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking pan.
- Mix the base ingredients and press into the pan.
- Bake the base until golden and cool it.
- Prepare the caramel by melting butter, sugar, and vanilla, then add condensed milk and whisk.
- Pour the caramel over the cooled base and bake again.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate to set.
- Melt the chocolate and oil together, then pour over the set caramel.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then cut into bars.
