Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven and coat a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions and bake.
- 3. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- 4. For the coconut sauce, combine milk, sugar, and marshmallows in a saucepan and cook until melted.
- 5. Stir in coconut and cornstarch, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- 6. Pour the warm coconut sauce over the cooled cake and let it cool completely.
- 7. For the frosting, melt butter in a saucepan, then add sugar, milk, and cocoa, cooking until combined.
- 8. Remove from heat, stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, then pour over the cake.
- 9. Add sprinkles on top while the frosting is still warm.
