Instructions
- Sauté the ground beef in the Instant Pot until mostly cooked, then drain excess fat.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, and taco seasoning, stirring well.
- Layer black beans, corn, salsa, green chiles, and rice without stirring.
- Pour broth over the layers, pressing the rice down gently to submerge.
- Seal the pot and set to Pressure Cook for 8 minutes.
- After cooking, perform a Quick Release of the pressure.
- Fluff the rice and stir the mixture before serving.
- Serve with your choice of garnishes.
