Instructions
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes and then remove from heat.
- Let the sauce stand while preparing the salad.
- Divide the greens, sprouts, carrot, and snow peas among four plates.
- Add the shrimp to the sauce to warm them.
- Divide the shrimp between the plates and drizzle the remaining sauce over the salad.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
