Instructions
- Combine the rice flour, plant-based milk, and banana in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is creamy, about 20-30 seconds.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour the batter onto the hot surface to form pancake shapes.
- Cook for about 3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
