Instructions
- Soak one rice wrapper at a time in very warm water until softened.
- Lay the softened wrapper flat and place a piece of butter lettuce on top.
- Add desired toppings on top of the lettuce and any sauces if desired.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, starting with the sides, then folding the bottom and top.
- Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate, or allow guests to make their own rolls.
