Instructions
- Grate the carrots and beets, then chop the apple and combine them in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients: minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to develop flavors.
- Add the sesame seeds and chopped almonds before serving chilled or at room temperature over greens.
