Raspberry Freezer Jam

Instructions
- Prepare clean and dry food storage containers or jars.
- Measure out the crushed raspberries and pour them into a large bowl.
- In a large saucepan, measure out the sugar and add the pectin powder, whisking to blend. Stir in the water.
- Bring the mixture to a full boil over medium-high heat while stirring constantly. Boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Immediately stir in the crushed raspberries and mix for 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into prepared jars, leaving at least ½-inch space at the top for expansion.
- Cover the jars with lids and let them rest at room temperature for 24 hours before transferring to the freezer.
