Instructions
- Soak cashews in hot water.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli in the last two minutes.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until softened, then stir in spices.
- Transfer the onion mixture to a blender and add soaked cashews, hot sauce, lemon juice, water, and nutritional yeast.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and broccoli, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
