Healthier Chicken and Zucchini Noodle Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spread the grated zucchini on a towel, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the cubed bread in the bottom of the dish, followed by the chicken, onion, garlic, carrot, dried noodles, thyme, parsley, cayenne, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Top with gouda cheese and then add the zucchini.
- Pour in the chicken broth, wine, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and eggs.
- Mix all ingredients until the bread is moistened and evenly distributed, adding more broth if necessary.
- Sprinkle cornflakes on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
