Foolproof Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Cook the frozen bell peppers and corn in a pan until softened.
- Layer ¾ cup of enchilada sauce in the baking dish and cover the bottom with 4 tortillas.
- Add half of the cooked veggies, beans, chiles, chicken, and cheese, followed by half of the salsa.
- Repeat the layering with another 4 tortillas, the remaining veggies, beans, chiles, chicken, and cheese, then top with the remaining salsa.
- Finish with the last tortillas and pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top, adding ¾ cup of cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then serve hot.
