Parmesan cheese + chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 6-7 minutes until deep brown.
- Pour in red wine and cook until evaporated, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mushroom mixture over the cooked ravioli.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
