Ingredients

Base

  • 1 ½ cups raw cashews
  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup unflavored soy or almond milk

Vegetables

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen artichoke hearts
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend cashews, tofu, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Drizzle in soy or almond milk until achieving a creamy consistency.
  3. Add spinach, artichokes, chives, and red pepper flakes, pulsing until finely chopped.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt if necessary.
  5. Heat the dip in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until warm, adding more milk if needed.
  6. Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
