Ingredients

The cheese mixture

  • 450 grams vegan soft cream cheese
  • 100 grams vegan soft cheddar cheese
  • 3 packets Good Catch Tuna - Naked in water
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • cup finely chopped sweet white onion
  • cup finely chopped fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, thyme, dill, sage, oregano)
  • 3 large garlic cloves (pressed)

Optional toppings

  • to taste fresh herbs
  • to taste crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the vegan cream cheese and cheddar in a mixing bowl until soft and moldable.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare two pieces of parchment paper or cling film on a surface.
  4. Divide the cheese mixture into two portions and roll them into large balls.
  5. Wrap each ball in parchment or cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, coat with optional toppings like fresh herbs and crushed walnuts.
