Instructions
- Combine the vegan cream cheese and cheddar in a mixing bowl until soft and moldable.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare two pieces of parchment paper or cling film on a surface.
- Divide the cheese mixture into two portions and roll them into large balls.
- Wrap each ball in parchment or cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
