Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté red onion, bell pepper, and cabbage until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and stir for 1 more minute.
- 3. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the sautéed veggies. Add the cooked noodles and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Toss everything together until well-coated and hot. Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
