Instructions
- Step 1: Pour out the chickpeas on a flat surface and remove any debris or shriveled chickpeas.
- Step 2: If soaking, place chickpeas in a bowl with water for 6-8 hours, then drain.
- Step 3: Rinse the chickpeas.
- Step 4: Add chickpeas, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
- Step 5: For soaked chickpeas, cook on high pressure for 14 minutes; for unsoaked, cook for 45 minutes.
- Step 6: Allow a natural pressure release for about 20 minutes.
